just got a text from a friend seeing Paul at Dodger Stadium...Ringo showed up. That's all I know.
a distant view ....
(might be a good idea to put more info in the thread title...duplicate threads are likely)
It's a shame we didn't get a "I've got blisters on my fingers!" but it's lovely to see the two remaining fabs together any time.
I wonder if there's anyone in the world who doesn't sort of love Ringo. Not his music so much but I get the impression that he's the least divisive of the fabs, everyone likes him, none of the fabs fell out with him, no one really seems to have any beef with Ringo - all I see is a lot of affection for the man from all sides. Great to see him up and at it.
No blisters on Ringo's fingers. Maybe calluses though?
COOL, BUT SAD...
I've heard there's a guy in New Joisey...
They should record an album as a duo, as Paul and Ringo, or Ringo and Paul. (But not as The …….)
no it's the Twodles...LOL.
Walrus and Chicken
On the drive home from Dodger Stadium.... that was an amazing suprise! Seeing both together was on my musical bucket list
Joe Walsh also joined the band for the guitar jam in The End and that was crazy!
My family was there. Wife was in tears when Ringo came out. My kids were in heaven as well. Thank goodness for FaceTime
I went to the December 2018 concert at the O2 London when Ringo came on stage to do Get Back. So glad to have seen them on stage together. They have only been on stage together on a handful of occasions since the Beatles split up, such a rare occurrence and Ringo hasn't played the UK for 9 years ?
A little too raucous for me. "When I'm 84" or "Lovely Rita Walmart Greeter"would be more appropriate.
J/K, sounded like a fun time!
“She’s Leaving (The Nursing) Home”
“Ticket To Ride (A Mobility Scooter)”
Paul, Ringo, Sean and Dhani
Why because of the two Beatles who could not make it, or because it marks maybe the final time these two were on stage together?
Or Paul, Ringo, Julian, and Dhani, more Beatlesque imo.
Separate names with a comma.
