They don't do this every time if we believe many reports. You have been lucky.

 

Not in my experience. They turned me down, with a little lecture about backing up my downloads to avoid it happening again.

 

This is what happened to me as well. And I still haven't asked Acoustic Sounds about re-downloading Farewell to Kings...

 

Anybody encountered these errors when trying to redeem Atlantic download codes? When I click on the big red button I get "please specify a shipping method". Of course there's no such button on the page, and it's meaningless in any case for a digital download. Alternately, it says "please wait, loading" and then does nothing.

 

Check the webpage without any extensions you might have installed. Sometimes with Adblock Plus or Ghostery, websites don't work correctly.

 

No extensions, doesn't work in Firefox or Safari.

 

I had a problem with the download codes. I e-mailed Rhino and they sent me a new download link. No issues.

Yeah, Joe & I both had the same issue- the download mechanism appears to be broken on their end and rather than fixing it, you have to send an email to the support address with your download code and they'll send you a link. Makes me think that since the offer expires at the end of December, they're not bothering to deal with the issue. I meant to do a general post on the thread about this and it slipped my mind.

 

I sent them an email about the download problem and they didn't even bother to reply, not even to suggest your solution. I'll try sending another with the codes but maybe they're just trying to run out the clock without delivering product.

 

Was it Dr. Rhino that you guys contacted?

The initial address I sent the complaint to was [email protected]. The reply I got back came from [email protected].

 

I'll try that address and see what happens.

 

I just got a reply from the first address in rcsrich's post and Snakes & Arrows is currently downloading. It'll be fantastic to finally hear a non-brickwalled version of this album!

 

The difference is amazing Diablo, worth every penny IMHO. Enjoy!

 

This was probably mentioned in the thread somewhere, so I apologize if this is a retread. My new Hold Your Fire LP didn't come with an insert. Do I have to reach out to Anthem to get a copy of this?

What is the expiration date for the Atlantic vinyl hi res download codes? Thanks! Thinking about buying the vinyl primarily for the hd dl codes.

 

I'm in the same boat. Others have stated 12/31/16—the end of the month—as the expiration.

 

I think the end of this year.

 

Will they actually expire? Ultraviolet and iTunes digital movie codes have expiration dates but no studio has enforced them yet.

 

Found the answer on pg 137 of thread. In case anyone else needs this.
