I do just about anything to avoid Seattle but this summer has been bonus on the art front. If you are planning on a visit or are nearby, these two are definitely worth it.

    MOHAI — Ansel Adams: Masterworks

The Ansel Adams exhibit runs through Sept. 5, and has most all of his most famous photographs. It was my first visit to the MOHAI and I was impressed. I've seen a lot of Ansel exhibits over the years and this one is definitely one of the better ones.

Art of Banksy Exhibition | Seattle

Kind of an interesting location for an exhibit but it worked. Not the most professional display, but if you're a fan of Bansky or street art, it's worthwhile. There aren't many opportunities to see any of his collected works so despite not officially sanctions, it was a must for me.

I always liked the Museum of History and Industry. Still need to get down to the new place. It’s been 10 years since they moved!

I love MOHAI and Ansel Adams. Thanks for sharing! I'll even drive on Mercer St. to see it.
