Sennheiser 660 S - Different Listings?

This might be a silly question, but when I look to buy the 660 S on Newegg, I get two different listings for (what I think is) the same thing:

Sennheiser HD 660 S Binaural Recording Headset Level 1 Black/Grey
Sennheiser HD 660 S Binaural Recording Headset Level 1 Black/Grey - Newegg.com for $420

Sennheiser HD 660S Open Over-Ear Audiophile Headphones (Black)
Sennheiser HD 660 S Open Over-Ear Audiophile Headphones (Black) - Newegg.com for $500

Is there a difference between these two items?

 

Now the $500 ones are out of stock, which makes me guess the two items are different, but I am not sure how. Is there something I am missing here?

I ask because I hope to snag a pair around black friday or cyber monday, and I just want to make sure I grab the right one.
