    Hey all,

I know there's a thread somewhere that encompasses part of this discussion, at least, but I can't find it, so here goes:

If one owns the Sinatra MFSL SACDs, are they the last word for those albums as far as digital remasters are concerned? Or are other, earlier remasters — I'm thinking in particular of the 1998 "Capitol Years" UK box — still essential to own? I own a copy of the box that's missing "Swingin' Session" and "Nice N' Easy" and I figured I'd give away the other ones for which I have the SACDs... IF they're not essential. Please advise, audiophiles and Sinatra nuts!

Ah, terrific, that's the thread I was looking for! Other opinions are always welcome but it certainly looks like you've done your homework. Thank you!

You are very welcome! That said, consider poking around www.11fifty.com, and you can do some comparing of actual audio clips before buying, etc.
