With the full permission of one of the owners, after I told her I was a member of an international audiophile forum, where many members travel frequently, and love checking out record shops wherever they land.

4 weeks ago, I moved 20 miles NE from my former Nashville apartment. Trading a population of nearly 3 million, for 37,000. The Groove had been sold years ago, Grimey's has recently relocated, and I hadn't even thought about going back, just to sell a handful of records, until I take all those DVDs, and Blu rays to McKay's.
Today, my son, @Chrys , told me of a shop he visited on the town square, that he thought I'd be interested in seeing. He'd already spoken to one of the owners about buying my handful. So I got dressed, and we went over.

First thing that hit me was, this place is stocked ! After some pleasant conversation, she very politely offered me a fair price for my handful. I had told her they were simply originals, that I had replaced with Grundman, and Bellman reissues, which I obviously prefer.

The name of the shop is Towne Square Records & Comics, 124 N. Water Street, Gallatin, Tennessee, 37066.

They've got a promo copy of a Neil Young I only have on Japanese CD. Think I need to buy that.

Looks good. I’d like to see more secret places be made known to other music fans to help small business owners.
    It’s great to share.

Multiple copies of Led Zeppelin IV this morning ?!?!?! :yikes: No, I didn't check the condition, just saw them, and had to comment to one of the owners. He said it was the damndest thing, he's bought a few collections lately, and each one had a copy of that album in it. I reminded him that was like, the album to have in 1971-.
