Sme arm on td125 using dr Feickert protractor

Hello all
I have the above setup as one of my tables.
If I use his tool to set ps length step 1 then onto tracking in steps 2/3 on 3 I can’t match
If I use other methods on the table I can.
To add to my issue on using his it horrible on inside of album. after I adjust using another templet it’s fine.
the arm is a sme 2 non improved. what am I missing here lol. Help please
