Junior Walker and the All-Stars had Money (Parts 1 and 2) and Hip City (Parts 1 and 2). The Hank Levine Orchestra had Image, Parts 1 and 2 - but Part 1 was a dreamy, orchestral version while Part 2 was a rocked-up sax-led version. The Coasters had Besame Mucho, Parts 1 and 2, but Part 2 was simply Part 1 with the lead vocal replaced by a sax. The group sang "Besame" repeatedly during the verses, and also sang the bridge - an arrangement copied by Jet Harris on his first solo release. Duane Eddy had Caravan, Parts 1 and 2. But he didn't actually play on it (it was really Al Casey) and it was a reissue of a Casey one-sider, extended to go over two sides. Going off the subject (but I still think it's interesting) - Barry McGuire's great Eve of Destruction album includes a track entitled Mr Man on the Street - Act One. To my knowledge there was never an Act Two.
