SHFers gonna SHF, I guess. First song I thought of was by Concrete Blonde, which fits the OP's criteria completely. (Name=first word of song AND complete title of song.) Only problem is I'm pretty sure "Joey" is a guy, not a girl, although the gender is never specified. (In real life Johnette wrote it about her relationship with Marc Moreland of Wall Of Voodoo.) So if you're open-minded, this one works.
