What's the track in Platoon, sorta Country, "we don't smoke that marijuana..?" Was that big over there/well known artist? I sure never heard it again played here outside that motion picture. I obviously wasn't in Vietnam, fighting, but I can imagine that's how it went down, people from really disparate backgrounds, thrown together like that. Great director...
the movie is uneven , however every time i reread the book (which is a masterpiece that bears multiple reads) i picture the lawyer with the facial expressions of Del toro and laugh even harder seriously , if you liked/loved the movie , the book is like 100 times better/funnier HsT was a genius savant
