Temptation Eyes/Grass Roots Question For Steve

I noticed a "budget", 8-song cassette in a local bargain store today, called Temptation Eyes-Grass Roots. It says compiled by Steve Hoffman. Did you assemble the track selection ONLY, or did you do Mastering work on this too? I noticed a similar title in this site's Discography section, on a CD. Does the CD have "only" 8 songs as well? Are they completely different compilations?

Is there a good CD, like your Mamas & Papas MCA CD, that covers the Grass Roots Hits? I have the Vintage Music songs and would like more!

I dunno. The Rhino anthology is fine, IMO; great sound, great selection. There're tons of comps out there, so save yourself time and just get that one.

There is also the MCA All-Time Greatest Hits CD for those who don't have as much money but it still has all of their hits.

 

Any sound quality difference between the 2 versions?

Sounds like we need to adjust the Discography section on this one!
