That's the basic track before the original bass & drums got wiped and subsequently replaced by Bob Babbitt and Allan Schwartzberg, respectively, along with additional guitar overdubs by Jeff Mironov, yes ?

Never thought he had 50 songs. He died so young.

A couple hundred, at least. Jimi was constantly recording when he wasn't on stage; probably he spent most of his money on studio time (that is the money Jimi actually saw that wasn't siphoned off by his manager and hidden in offshore accounts) and eventually the cash he spent building Electric Lady Studio, so he could spend as much time recording as he wished. Most of what was committed to tape never saw the light of day during Jimi's short time with us ~ thankfully a lot has been issued posthumously. There are a lot of pre-fame recordings as well from his stints with Curtis Knight, The Isley Brothers, Lonnie Youngblood, Little Richard, King Curtis, and as Jimmy James & the Blue Flames. A whole lotta lotta.

As far as lists go, this one isn't too bad.

Except: Machine Gun needs to be much higher. Like in the top 10, not below the halfway point of the list.

Star-Bangled Banner needs a much higher placement too. (Below 51st Anniversary, really?) Did the studio version bring it down?

no, the studio version of star spangled banner was not mentioned... i think in germany the american hymn (and vietnam) is not that important
