That is depressing. I realize the show was a long time ago but if they're that old than that must mean that I'm...no. Can't be.
Was there an episode where Carol and one of the kids briefly made fun of Chinese people where they took their hands and made their eyes slanted? Couldn't have been more than a 20 second segment.
I'm surprised to see that Eve Plumb is involved in this. Is this the Brady's "Hell Freezes Over" tour?
It's your opinion that it is depressing, but to me it is not. It's just really nice to see all six kids in that photo, that’s all.
Not sure but I assume in the last few weeks, They do mention something like "305 days later it's finished".
I wanted to share this article with some interesting facts about both the house used for exterior shots, and the interior studio set: The Brady Bunch House: The Story Behind the Sets of a Classic Sitcom - Hooked on Houses
The new Brady house rules! It's not perfect, but they did the best they could with the room they had. I just wish the backyard had a driveway and a station wagon parked in it like on the show. I guess a garage would help, too.
Just checked it out and it's a cool site. Lots of famous houses on there. I enjoyed seeing a tour of the Leave It To Beaver house.
Yeah, I spent about a half hour browsing around the houses she's photographed and featured. It's really cool.
Finally got around to watching the first episode. Good stuff and amazing what they did with the house but I was surprised they showed the finished living room in the first episode. Looking forward to seeing more, they are piling up on my DVR. My 9 year old daughter is fascinated by this show. Tons of questions for me as she has never seen The Brady Bunch.
Oh please... NO! Vince Vaughn will be co-developing and executive producing a Brady Bunch series reboot for CBS. The show, which will be a multi-camera comedy, has already received a script order and Mike Mariano, who is known for writing and producing Raising Hope and My Name is Earl, has signed on to write the script. /Film is reporting that Vaughn will model the new Brady Bunch series as a reboot and sequel to the hit original ABC sitcom, which ran from 1969-1974. The new show will focus on the youngest boy on the original sitcom, Bobby Brady. The new Brady Bunch show will explore contemporary values and traditions as it will follow Bobby, a divorced father, as he remarries. His second wife has children of her own from a previous relationship and together, the two will also have a child together. Since the original Brady Bunch went off the air, the sitcom spawned several spinoffs but Vaughn’s series will be the first major television reboot of the beloved show. From the sounds of it, Vaughn will surely have a hit with his reboot. With the actor’s proven comedic chops and Mariano’s experience with showcasing interesting familial relationships in his two previous hit shows, the reboot will surely attract fans of the original Brady Bunch series as well as have no trouble attracting new viewers.
