I'm saying this with peace and love, but all that in-depth analysis and you couldn't spell the name of the band correctly. If you pay that much attention to detail, you should know that it's KISS, not "Kiss". It's KISS, like it is on every single LP, CD, 8-track, cassette, ad, product, and press release they have ever released.

 

To be honest, I've never thought this to be mandatory. And since what's in question here isn't in any way, shape or form a 'product', I don't see how this could be an issue.

You missed my point. I'm saying that KISS, the band, whenever they put out a product, it's labeled as KISS, not "Kiss". Anytime they put their name on something, it's KISS. Not Kiss. If they use all caps, you should too. Any fan should.

You don't see people write Ac/dc or ac/dc. It's AC/DC. Same for KISS.

I’ve often marveled that Simmons/Stanley didn’t co-write more often.

 

Adam Mitchell was in the Canadian band the Paupers that played at Monterey Pop. I'm glad for him he hooked up with Kiss and made a living as a songwriter.

 

Yes, the number of songs they literally wrote together are signature but surprisingly infrequent.

 

I just got his lone solo LP but haven't played it yet. Anyone here have thoughts on it??

 

I would add Rock Hard and Rise To It.
