my wife and I watched this faithfully each week during the original run...Hugh Laurie made this show....great acting....likable cast...
Really? I think TV right now is better than it's ever been. Shows like You're The Worst, Preacher, Better Call Saul, Kidding, Schitt's Creek, Jett . . .
Definitely Miami - "Miami Vice", Season 2 on dvd. Music, story, atmosphere, one of the best of the episodes.
Just wrapped up the 2nd season of Ozark. Wasn't as good as the 1st season. Watchable, but ultimately let down by the writing. Still a good show!
Dead or Alive Season 1 Ep. 1 (1958) Steve McQueen's Josh Randall didn't care whether you liked him or not, though he knew he was a winner. The Civil War vet turned Bounty Hunter was going to do his job come hell or high water... or a pretty lady. The actor, the writing and the directing were probably too intelligent to last more than 3 seasons and 94 episodes and, in retrospect, it was mostly a springboard for McQueen's dive into feature films. The arsrnal of his physical prowess and occasional wit is on display in Dead or Alive, the only tv Western I return to time and again.
Watching Nos4a2 rewatching Trailer Park Boys again The Walking Dead & Better Call Saul, current seasons
Ridiculousness - Some people hate it, some dont. The show cracks me up! Was watching a few episodes from seasons past and came across the hour-long special they had when Kobe Bryant was a guest. Good Lord, I'd seen it but forgotten about it. In retrospect, the audience reaction to this man was the best thing I've seen in a long time!!! RIP.
