No particular order, but I included the first 4 in a 32 song 25 performer Celebration of Motown that I was the musical director and guitarist for in September, and I sang on this one:

Picking your favorite Stevie Wonder songs is like picking the best American cities in which to get shot. There are too many choices.

I’m an old dude, so my list will skew to his early period. But in terms of visceral power, I’d stand them up against any of his eras.
    * Fingertips - How many 12 year olds do you know that can hold their own (no pun intended) with that swingin’ horn section?
    * Hey Love - An early example of the melancholy that is such a part of his singing.
    * Uptight - Hey, whattaya know? There’s Stevie fronting a supersonic horn chart again.
    * My Cherie Amor - Stevie’s answer to Jobim’s Girl From Ipanema.
    * Blowin’ In The Wind - Zimmy a la Soul.
    * I Was Made To Love Her - Avoid Oldies stations and supermarkets and only crank this at home on your good stereo.
Yep, I have to give special mention to bassist James Jamerson. The above songs would be so much the poorer without him.
    * Looking ... Pure Love - Such a sense of atmosphere. Like Sly’s Riot Goin’ On, only different.
    * Creepin’ - Again with the atmosphere.
    * Black Man - Tell it!
    * That Girl - Tastes good.

Thank you for including Maybe Your Baby...it seems like this has to be THE overlooked Stevie Wonder track of all time. Great hook repetition and great recorded sound...actually, your entire list, I think, would come extremely close to my top ten.

Very!! The very first Stevie Wonder song I ever heard which had a repeating chorus over and over was Keep On Running. I went nuts over it and it was this very song that inspired me to start buying his albums. Upon buying Talking Book, I went even more nuts over Maybe Your Baby. I'm a big fan of songs that repeat a great progression over and over and these two songs are among the very finest by anyone at doing that (at least that I've heard).
