"sea change" was played on the 2008 tour, before fork in the road came out. that's going to disappear too.

same with "leia" from the le noise tour.

Neither of them very good, IMO.

Actually it's from the unreleased/unfinished album A Country Store Plays Old Changes.

I like Are You Passionate?, but I'm pretty sure that Toast with Crazy Horse should have been better.

P.112 Archives book. I think that Neil Young & Crazy Horse completed only 5-6 songs in studio in 69-70.

Interesting. I'm not sure how the New Seekers got ahold of it.

Yes, but in fairness he also says...

"There is a lot of soul in it. I played my guitar like an old horn, with a big fat sad sound."

    "It might be a gem."

"It was spiritual. Down and almost out."

"There is something there and it may be a lot better than I remember."

He confesses that he and Pegi were having problems at that point and that he was missing Briggs, and that unhappiness may have affected how he felt about the record. I'm dying to hear it along with the rest of the unreleased treasures.

I totally forgot about "Sea Change". "Leia" and "You Never Call" made it into the movie Journeys so they're at least sort of out there.

Dance Dance Dance had been previously released on the Crazy Horse album, February 1971. It was played several times during the NY solo tour. See the Massey Hall album. It was also considered for Harvest.
