Pather Panchali A Hard Day's Night La Dolce Vita Shakespeare Wallah Alphaville ... I'd probably include the entire (b&w) catalogues of Satyajit Ray, Fellini, Godard and Kurosawa, were I to bend the rules.
Cant think of any right now, but absolutely love old b/w movies. Also love old coloured movies too from the late 50s, early 60s.
Recently saw John Ford's Long Voyage Home - worth seeing just for Gregg Toland's cinematography. Stunning.
Oops, I forgot one... "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" "Martha, rubbing alcohol for you?" "Sure! Never mix, never worry!"
You've sold me on this one, it seems to tick a lot of my boxes ('60s film, cool cars, funny, jazz score, a bit nouvelle vague I'm guessing) ... is it available on DVD or Blu Ray anywhere? (I just searched Amazon, no result).
I posted my 5 above but I’ll add, just saw Bride Of Frankenstein the first time and it was pretty impressive
Man - this one's tough! I'll go with these since I have seen them all at least 10 times. Treasure of the Sierra Madre Night of the Hunter The Third Man The Bank Dick Dr. Strangelove
Sorry, no idea, I hadn't thought I would be asked this. I got it as a PAL VHS from France in the '00s, after having initially seen it on silver screen, no less, at the local arthouse theatre in 1997. Yeah, it's a French-speaking new wave B&W romcom about a racing car driver, with a jazz score played by the likes of Don Cherry and Gato Barbieri. Too bad if you can't find it if that ticks a lot of your boxes. edit: it's been on DVD a few times, as seen on French Amazon. Not sure what kind of dolphin hoops that would present for you: https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B08HGZKCHM
Hey, thanks! ... only hoop to jump through would be my mostly-forgotten Français (two years in high school, back when Nixon was president).

Totally agree! Black and white is gorgeous!! I like seeing the special editions of newer movies such as The Mist and Mad Max: Fury Road that get presented in B&W and look even better!
Watch 'Alien' in black and white. I realize simply removing the colour isn't ideal but, trust me, it makes the movie even creepier and more claustrophobic
King Kong (my favorite movie) Scarlet Street It's a Wonderful Life The Red House Incredible Shrinking Man
