References on the internet indicate that this was probably assembled from multiple shows, like most live albums. This review says it's from "three shows in Europe".

So maybe he wasn't doing it just to piss you off, is all. I've seen dozens of live albums that don't list the exact location for every track and I've never given it a second thought.

Thanks for the info. There is a difference between no venue listing and calling the venue "somewhere else".

Os Mutantes at the Barbican in 2006. It was a wild night. Although I think the subsequent live album had some "post-production"

  9. Derek Trucks Band, the Park West in Chicago, 2006. Was filmed and released as the Songlines DVD. At one point, the back of my wife's head is visible, so we have that going for us.

OK, maybe just don't take it so personally, though? Um, artistic license or something?

I was at the Portishead show at Roseland Ballroom that became Portishead NYC. My recollection was that at the very end of thee show, somebody gave Beth Gibbons a huge bouquet of flowers as they left the stage. I had to admit it now but I had such a huge crush on her, back then. If I were her, I wouldn't have wanted to meet me back then!

I attended all five night's of Hanson's 5of5 at New York's Gramercy Theater. They played each of their five studio albums to date, one per night, in order and then released the series as a box set. I was also at their 2013 show at Irving Plaza, Anthem: Live From New York, that was released on DVD.
