Not really a "pop" record, but how about that belch on Slade's 'Alive!" lp. You can almost SMELL the Watneys Red Barrel after that. Thanks, Noddy.
Oh dear, that song's definately a no-no for you then! What about "Mull of Kintyre"? (This will be a short list...)
Never been fond of the sound and usage of gas passing in popular, or, for that matter, unpopular music. Burping, belching - well you know the rest...
I am a huge Beach Boys fan but the synthesizer sound on the Love You album really detracts from its charm for me.
You would hate one of my fave bands then TWRP - Bright Blue Sky Daft Punk-inspired funky synthpop from the great white north
Whatever CeeLo Green is doing in the bridge of this song might be the most annoying sound in pop history… Warning: includes explicit language, obviously, but somehow was still a massive radio hit in 2011 The section I’m referring to starts at 3:01
I quite like the kazoo in The Fall's A New Face in Hell, but methinks others might dislike it for sundry other reasons!
Some of the early Bob Dylan recordings have me reaching for the volume knob when those droning, single harmonica notes come in. They cut me to the quick. I love all of those songs, but damn, is the harmonica loud.
