I quite like the kazoo in The Fall's A New Face in Hell, but methinks others might dislike it for sundry other reasons!
Some of the early Bob Dylan recordings have me reaching for the volume knob when those droning, single harmonica notes come in. They cut me to the quick. I love all of those songs, but damn, is the harmonica loud.
