I've been mixing it up a bit but some of the shows I've been watching are

Police Story - never really saw it when it originally aired as in the 70s, I didn't watch a lot of episodic television as I was more into watching sports. Good show but unfortunately the crack staff at Sony degaussed the uncut remasters and only the 46 cut for syndication tapes were available.

The Smith Family - I guess its only because I watched it when it was originally on that I can still watch it today. Another bland and saccharine show from Don Fedderson. The first season, its a 50s type show made in the early 70s about the home life of a police officer, the too old for the part Henry Fonda. In the 2nd season, they focus more on his police work. His daughter, Darlene Carr, is hot.

Miranda - A new show, at least by my standards, as its from this century, so at least 3 decades newer than anything else I watch. British show, which I happened to catch when I was visiting family overseas years ago. Hysterical comedy and about the only show I've seen that makes me laugh out loud since maybe the early days of Married with Children.

Otherwise, I've been throwing on shows that I have random episodes of, like The Manhunter, The New Breed, Slattery's People, etc.

Ally McBeal is the oldest (& not so, so old) of what's previously aired &viewed. Season 3 (Re-viewed Season 4 w/Robert Downey, Jr. (best season) last year.)
More recent previously aired & viewed/re-watching currently:
    The Catch - Comedy-drama, thriller.
The Neighbors - (Outlandish) Comedy. Very funny! :D:laugh:
    Private Practice Season 2 (Re-viewed Season 1 last year) - Medical drama/romance.

Just got the UK region 2 Bluray set (with music intact).

Had to pick up a cheap region-free player as well, but worth it.

Adam 12. If one subplot doesn't entertain you, another is coming in a few minutes.
Decoy. I will never understand why Beverly Garland was not a big star.

What do you think of the John Larroquette as Carl Sack episodes?

And after hearing of Carl Reiner's passing, I think I kind of feel obligated to watch some Dick Van Dyke show again. Which in my opinion had the single most talented cast of any television show ever.

I also have the entire running of Get Smart on my Plex Sever (also have the DVDs but interestingly... no DVD player anymore)... I feel like I need to dive into that again. It's my all time favorite TV show.

My dad loves Adam-12 (and Dragnet). I've always been more partial to Emergency! myself, but all are great shows. :agree:

I thought the episodes with Sack weren't that good. He was too big a personality, and when you've already got Shatner, Spader, and what's-her-name on the screen, that's too much. I liked the episodes with Odo a lot better.

    Mary Tyler Moore Show

I never seem to tire of these two shows, even though I know most of the lines by heart now.

Law & Orders in various iterations , which seems to be on tv every day somewhere; sometimes on three channels. I like Lennie Briscoe the best.

Occasionally watch All in the Family, whoa!!! you couldn't get away with the things Archie said on primetime tv nowadays - and good of it- but the family dynamics are what makes you keep watching and it is funny.

An occasional Murder She Wrote, which I liked for the setting in a quaint Maine seacoast town. Which, I just found out here on the McGarrigle Sisters thread - was actually filmed in Californis ! Oh well.

The Johnny Cash Show- man, he was something- great musical guests too. Never saw the show when it was first on, so it's all new to me. Johnny was one of a kind- he looked into the camera just like he was talking straight to you.

She is the main reason I watch it. Some producer on that show had a thing about her wearing leather jackets. I can't say I object to that.
