My copy arrived today. I went for the glow-in-the-dark version. Just cos there was one. I think the only other glow-in-the- dark record that I've got is the Virgin 'Dead On Arrival' comp from the late '70s - the one with the piglet in wellies on the cover
Just delivered today, re-releases by Dio: Master of the Moon Killing the Dragon Angry Machines Magica The covers are 3-D-ish, but you can't tell by these images:
I stumbled upon Siouxsie's 'The Thorn' EP very randomly in a local bric-a-brac shop today. Great condition and only $10. I also snapped up the 'Fireworks' and 'Dear Prudence' 12" singles that were there. You don't find these often in Australia, let alone the country town where I live. They were blossoms in the dust.

Joni Mitchell - Court and Spark, The Hissing of Summer Lawns, RTI 180g pressing Big Brother and the Holding Company - Cheap Thrills, Sony Legacy pressing Peter, Paul and Mary - Self Titled, original pressing
Jonathan Wilson Dixie Blur. Another great album from this fantastic artist and another one that doesn’t sound like the one that came before. Chris Bellman mastering and noise free lime green vinyl.
Grabbed a purple vinyl copy of In Rock because someone here said it was incredible and a must own. Man I’d forgotten what a rough recording mix job that one is compared to all of the Deep Purple albums that followed. Great rock music but hard on the ears. Still need to compare it to my late 70s import pressing.
Please report back in that thread. I’d like to hear the opinion of more than one person before plunking down for another copy. I have a mint US pressing that I bought new in the 80s that sounds fine given the quality of the recording. For some reason used copies of this album are very hard to come by in my area, and invariably trashed when you find them.
Found the Mission UK “Deliverance” 12 inch single with the Casbah Mix at a shop in New Orleans last week
Analogue Productions' pressings of Come Away With Me, The Beach Boys Today! (Mono), and Smiley Smile (Stereo). Should be arriving in a bit over a week. I'm excited to check out their versions!
Chris Robinson Brotherhood-Big Moon Ritual Type O Negative-World Coming Down The Black Crowes-Before The Frost/Until The Freeze All should arrive soon.
I picked up the same copy - some on the auction sites are going for 50 a piece. It's the same ORG mastering - but wasn't super impressed with the sloppy silver "swirl" effect on the vinyl although - it's dead quiet.
Fleetwood Mac - S/T (white, 2019 Chris Bellman cut) Jimi Hendrix - Axis Bold As Love (Sony Legacy 2017 mono, BG)
