One of my favourite albums form the 1980s: Martin Stephenson & The Daintees - Boat To Bolivia Not only is the final track also the title track, it's also unlisted on the record sleeve or label
God knows why Ralf / Florian decided to rename that album in 2009. I personally love the Electric Cafe title. The last track should be Techno Pop now.
On these albums you had to wait 30 or so minutes to get to the title track. On “Waiting For The Sun” by the Doors you had to wait a couple of years and 2 Albums to hear it!
Cannonball Adderley with Bill Evans - Know What I Mean? The title and closing track of Cannonball Adderley's 1962 album. The song was written by Bill Evans. Great band with Cannonball Adderley on alto saxophone, Bill Evans on piano, Percy Heath on bass, and Connie Kay on drums.
John Lee Hooker - Never Get Out of these Blues Alive The title and closing track of John Lee Hooker's 1972 album on ABC Records. Duet vocals by Van Morrison.
Hank Mobley - A Slice of the Top The title and closing track of a 1979 album by Hank Mobley on Blue Note Records. The album includes a 1966 session which was only released in 1979.
