"Nowhere Man" has intricate harmonies- as well as very close intervals in each part.
    hard to recreate!

Although it was early on, I'll go with This Boy. Incredible 3-part harmonies, plus Lennon firing off his passionate solo pleas. Just wow!

You can ask this guy whose channel shows each part of each harmony for much of their songs.

Paperback Writer intro vocal arrangement is not that difficult to get. But it's a five part harmony, 8 voices in total on the recording and they were trying to re-create it live with just three voices. Impossible.

He could *not* have. John could belt them out like the best of them but Paul had both straight-voiced range and tone thickness going for him. This is not to knock John's singing voice in ANY way shape or form; he's my all-time favorite singer and that has nothing to do with technical greatness or lack of. But in my opinion, his voice could not have matched Paul's for Oh Darling.

The harmony to if I fell is actually the lower part which John is singing...Paul's high part is actually the straight part of the harmony...if one was to be considered harder than the other, it would be John's.

What impressed me the most on Don't Let Me Down are the harmonies when singing at full volume. Plus John's voice is so raw and emotional.
    Here are the isolated vocals:

Listening to the original take of it, Paul‘a voice doesn’t break what actually was that he said his line too early and it was masked really poorly in the stereo version making it sound like his voice broke. Of course they spent much more time fixing it on the mono version.

My pick for the hardest vocal is the harmonies on Think For Yourself, take a listen to the vocal overdub session even they couldn’t do it for at least eleven straight minutes.

Nothing else is even close when it comes to the technical demands placed on the soloist..

That was the song that convinced me Paul could really sing. The other three dare not even try.

...some of the very finest in Pop/rock harmony work ever. Great choices. Not all that difficult for three guys to sing with a good set of ears..but great choices.

Is there a mono version of Abbey Road? I didn't think it was issued in mono.
