I shut off La La Land well before the 15-minute point.

I was a fan of the show but I've resisted watching this movie because the bits and pieces I've seen of it doesn't feel at all like the series. And as much as I like Liam Neeson, I just can't accept him as Hannibal.

Juno. That dialogue made me want to puke. The soundtrack was really grating too. I don't really like twee.

American Hustle. Watching boring characters showing quirk after quirk with voice overs talking about how interesting their quirks were made me leave.

The movie becomes less twee as it goes.

The hipster lingo can be too much to take during the first act, but I think the movie's worth the effort.

It's really good and it loses a lot of the "cool daddio" vibe before long.

C'mon, C'mon--slow, a large part improvised, and boring.

I turned off Tar after watching 15 minutes of opening credits.

(Then a couple of days later watched the whole thing)
